Plugin Genie built the Microsoft Power Automate monday.com app as a Commercial app. This SERVICE is provided by Plugin Genie and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

How do we store your data?

Our database is Microsoft CosmosDB, which is encrypted at rest with AES-256 encryption (more info). It is located in the United States.

Logs are stored in Datadog, which is a third-party service that provides monitoring and logging services. Datadog encrypts data in transit and at rest (AES-256). More info

Limited user data (such as your email and name) is stored in Drip, which is a third-party service that provides a way to send email communications.

We will retain your data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

If the Microsoft Power Automate monday.com app is uninstalled from your monday.com account, within 14 days we will delete your data stored in the database and in Drip. If you re-install the app prior to data deletion, your data will be retained.

Our Company would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:
